Master Equipment Rental Agreement

Core rental terms for load banks, transformers, cable, distribution equipment, trailers, and related temporary power assets. Covers rental periods, customer responsibilities, return condition, damage, loss, late return, site obligations, payment terms, and project-specific commercial requirements.

For select projects, new customers, or high-value rentals, Solsti Power may require a corporate or personal guaranty to support payment obligations and equipment exposure.

Section 02

Equipment Protection Program

Solsti Power may offer an optional equipment protection program for qualifying rentals. This program is not insurance. It is designed to reduce certain customer exposure for covered accidental damage when all program requirements are met.

Damage, Theft & Loss Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for proper use, site security, electrical connection, weather protection, theft prevention, reporting requirements, and equipment return condition.

Program Exclusions

Typical exclusions may include misuse, improper electrical connection, overloading, unauthorized relocation, flooding, fire, vandalism, theft without police report, customer negligence, acts of God, and damage caused by customer systems or utility events.

Solsti Power supports customers with field coordination, equipment deployment, technical support, and project-specific load bank testing support. Site readiness is critical for safe and successful deployment.

Insurance Requirements

High-value rental equipment deployed to mission-critical sites requires proper insurance documentation. Solsti Power may require proof of coverage before equipment release.

Project insurance requirements may include commercial general liability, auto liability, workers' compensation, umbrella liability, rented equipment coverage, contractor equipment floater, additional insured status, waiver of subrogation, and loss payee status.

Customers may be required to provide a certificate of insurance before delivery, naming Solsti Power as additional insured and/or loss payee where applicable.

Safety & Compliance

Solsti Power supports safe, professional deployment of temporary power testing equipment. Every project should be coordinated with qualified site personnel, electricians, safety managers, and project leadership.

Customer and site electrical teams are responsible for approved lockout/tagout procedures and energized work planning. Solsti Power coordinates with site teams but does not replace the authority of the customer's electrical contractor or engineer of record.
